TofuSecret Delivery Policy
Import Duty, Tax, and VAT
For information about customs, import duties, etc., please inquire with your local customs department.
TofuSecret will not be liable with import duty, taxes, packages conficated or held by customs.
Shipping Partners
For Express Shipping, we use Aramex, USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, S.F.Express, HK Post, FedEx, DHL or UPS. We’ll provide a tracking number so that you can estimate her arrival date and time. TofuSecret has the final and absolute right to decide the courier option.
For Standard Shipping / Regular Shipping, we use HK Post and HK Post has the right to choose which way to ship your packages and which third party courier to deliver the package in your country. Tracking number will be provided.
Unconditional Return Policy
In the case that there is something wrong with your purchase (e.g. damaged during shipment, wrong item/type/shade/etc), kindly inform Customer Service before returning the item. Otherwise, your request will not be processed.
- Product return request must be made within 7 working days from date received.
- Damaged items must be returned together with their original box and receipt.
- Items bought from promotional events (e.g. Anniversary, CyberSale or X’MAS) are not eligible for return and exchange.
If you do not receive your shipment after 2 weeks, please get in touch with us and we will investigate.
Kindly inform Customer Service before returning the item otherwise the request will not be processed.
Please provide the return parcel tracking number for all items.
If the package is unable to deliver due to any of the following factors, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee and TofuSecret is entitled to deduct the cost of shipping from the refund amount:
- Wrong address
- Wrong telephone number
- No telephone number provided by receiver / customer
- The delivery man is unable to reach the receiver / customer
- Receiver / customer is not known at address
- Receiver / customer refuses to accept the package
- Tracking record Shows that the item has been delivered but the receiver / customer claims that it has not been delivered (and the receiver / customer must file with the shipping company with investigation result to prove that the item has been lost)
TofuSecret is entitled to charge an administration fee of US$10 if the package(s) is (are) returned due to any of the above reasons and the buyer requires a refund.
TofuSecret reserves the right not to refund the orders until the packages have been returned to TofuSecret in good conditions (Returned full and unused).
Cost of Reshipping
If the package is returned due to any of the following factors, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping fee:
- Wrong address
- Wrong telephone number
- No telephone number provided by receiver / customer
- The delivery man is unable to reach the receiver / customer
- Receiver / customer is not known at address
- Receiver / customer refuses to accept the package
- Tracking record Shows that the item has been delivered but the receiver / customer claims that it has not been delivered (and the receiver / customer must file with the shipping company with investigation result to prove that the item has been lost)
You can choose to have either a prorated refund to your TofuSecret Account or exchange for an item of equal value. And extra expenses caused by return of goods, such as postage, will be paid by Tofu Point.
